Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver across Lebanon, with orders fulfilled by our in-house team and reliable local courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Delivery Time

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after your order confirmation is sent.

  • During peak periods, promotions, or public events, delivery may take slightly longer than usual.

Delivery Days & Hours

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM

  • Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays

Order Accuracy & Quality

We take great care in preparing every order.
If you receive an item that is incorrect or arrives with an issue, you may:

  • Request a free replacement (subject to availability), or

  • Choose to exchange it for another item

In such cases, no additional delivery fees will apply.
